📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs.,Develop and maintain training materials and resources.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers.,Support the development of training policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the budgeting and financial management of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in assisting in the planning and conducting of training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with training and evaluation methodologies.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
