Coinbase is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to join our Institutional team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about crypto and wants to build the future of finance. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Institutional team in their day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support the growth of our Institutional business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Institutional team in their day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, client onboarding, account management, and trade execution.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth business operations.,Provide operational support to the Institutional team, including but not limited to, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the crypto space to ensure the Institutional team is well-informed and competitive.,Collaborate with the Institutional team to drive the growth and success of our Institutional business.,Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services for the Institutional team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the crypto space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in a business operations or institutional sales role in the crypto or financial services industry.,Strong understanding of the crypto space and the institutional market.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines in the crypto space is a plus.
