Bit Prime Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely. You will work closely with our maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance activities of the facilities, ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.,Troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying the root cause and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety inspections and training for maintenance personnel.,Manage and mentor the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt normal operations.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years of experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and industry-specific regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to equipment issues.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a variety of equipment and vehicles.
