📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with internal teams to manage projects and tasks.,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or operations industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian both written and spoken.
