📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for Indonesia Mining.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
