Lead and mentor a team of architects in the design and development of building projects,Oversee the BIM process, ensuring that all designs are created and managed using the latest BIM technologies,Develop and implement design strategies that are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with client requirements,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality,Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and involved in the design process,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate these into the design process,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of success,Strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with experience using Revit, Navisworks, or similar software,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of architects,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to meet tight deadlines and budgets,Understanding of sustainable design principles and practices,Fluency in English is required🛠️ Keahlian
