Resto Oka Store is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Monitor and maintain sales targets, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.,Manage inventory and ensure that all stock levels are optimized to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Ensure that the branch complies with all health and safety regulations, and that all staff are trained and certified in food safety procedures.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
