📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the service department operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.,Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion.,Manage inventory levels of spare parts and ensure timely replenishment.,Process and manage customer service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Generate and maintain accurate records of service transactions and inventory.,Assist in training and mentoring new service staff.,Monitor and report on service department performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service or inventory management.,Strong knowledge of automotive parts and service procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and record keeping.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
