PT Property Cendana is a leading property management company in Medan, Sumatera Utara. We are seeking a Deputy Captain to join our dynamic team. The Deputy Captain will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing excellent service to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the properties.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Monitor and report on property performance and occupancy rates.,Conduct regular inspections of the properties.,Assist in the development and implementation of property management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and local culture.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.,Experience in using property management software is a plus.
