📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver personalized coaching programs to individuals and groups.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to help clients set and achieve their goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Coaching, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching or a related field.
• Certification in coaching (e.g., ICC, PCP) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using coaching software and tools (e.g., CoachLogix, CoachTools).
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
