📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of accountants and financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and achieve its financial objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Provide financial advice and support to other departments to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and participate in financial projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus.
