📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and projects to contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
• Learn and utilize industry-standard HR tools and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
