📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to both local and international guests,Processing transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintaining a clean and organized workspace,Assisting with inventory management and restocking,Handling cash and ensuring accurate financial records,Assisting with any additional tasks as required by the manager,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
