Port Seed Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including cleaning and organization.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the safety and security of the premises.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
