📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Promote Mandiri Cement products and services through various marketing channels and events.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail customers, addressing their concerns and issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential customers and partners.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the cement and construction materials industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
