Data Center Technician (Network/Server/Hardware)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, including racking, cabling, and power distribution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our data centers.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of servers, switches, and other network devices using tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, and Wireshark.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain network infrastructure, including VLANs, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as firmware updates, hardware replacements, and environmental monitoring.
• Document all hardware configurations, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance procedures for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with AWS security and safety protocols, including physical security measures and environmental controls.
• Provide on-call support to address critical issues and emergencies in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on server and network hardware.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong understanding of server and network hardware, including rack servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure management tools, such as PRTG, SolarWinds, and Wireshark.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
