📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and guide tours, ensuring guests have an enriching and enjoyable experience.
• Organize and coordinate events, from small gatherings to large-scale tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage guest interactions and bookings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and a high standard of service.
• Promote our services and attract new guests through effective marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with local attractions, cultural events, and tourism trends to offer the best possible experiences.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Certification in tourism or hospitality management is a plus.
• Knowledge of using Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
