📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of our ERP system, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity.
- Support the implementation of CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management.
- Manage and optimize our data analytics platforms, providing insights that drive business decisions.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT issues and training users on new systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve our IT infrastructure and implement new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal databases and reporting systems.
- Participate in system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
