📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate with mechanics to schedule and manage vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Supervise and train drivers to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to optimize costs.
• Track vehicle performance metrics and report on efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and maintain vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure vehicles are available and ready for construction sites.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising drivers and managing vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with fleet management software such as SAP Fleet Management or similar.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
